The engagement of team members, along with flexible working practices is seen as one of the keys to achieving a satisfied workforce and retention of existing staff.  People are becoming increasingly aware of the various their rights which will enabled some staff to move to less traditional ways of working.  However the are other issues around work-life balance such as emphasising the quality of working life and getting the best from our work.
