Ian has been designing and delivering development programmes for major clients for the last 13 years. The range of clients extends across the occupational spectrum – finance, engineering, local government, charities, hospitality. His work is largely UK based but with significant levels in The Channel Islands.

 Ian offers a range of management experience prior to working in Management Development. This has led to his one fundamental principle in this field – ‘Do not deliver anything you do not use yourself’.

This approach means he can provides pragmatic solutions for managers attending his courses. His programmes are practical and delivered with the energy and enthusiasm of someone who has a commitment to improving performance.

Ian has worked at all levels within organisations, from Supervisor/Team Leader to Director.

He has ten years of experience in running development centres and has worked with MTA Consulting for over fifteen years.
