Aim
The purpose of the programme is to help participants learn how to manage difficult performance issues in the workplace and maximise the contributions of all employees.
Most employees meet or exceed the demands of their roles: problems however do arise and this course is intended to provide a framework for dealing with these more challenging situations.
A balanced approach between the three parties involved is essential and this means understanding the roles of each and maintaining a constructive dialogue.
