Joannes Creative Hair Design. To design an annual appraisal system including the preparation of job descriptions and all supporting documentation to maximise the effectiveness of all retail managers.

VIP Limited. To introduce the discipline of business planning and regular evaluation of business performance.

Scissors Group Limited. To design and deliver a management development programme

Link House Publications. To carry out a review of performance management systems within the company and prepare a portfolio of evidence to take them to the Investors in People award.

Dorset Education & Business Partnership. To facilitate the merger between the T.E.V.I. and D.E.B.C. to identify essential functions of the new organisation and to encourage co-operation between staff to establish the new culture.

Micronas Oy. To review the project management procedures in product development, introduce new systems and train managers in the principles of project management.

Elsag Bailey. To review processes involved in customer service and build a tam which has both ownerships of the systems along with the skills and confidence to interact effectively with clients.

J P Morgan Bank. To design and implement a new approach to training which maximises the impact of multi-skilling and encourages managers to provide sufficient cover in key business functions.

Hamworthy Engineering. To introduce a system of Team Briefing which enables all essential information about company development to be cascaded through the company and to introduce auditing systems which monitor implementation.

Zellweger Limited. To introduce a Teambuilding programme for the Directors of the company both to encourage co-operation between the different business functions, and to assist in the preparation of an organisational framework for the expansion of the company.

Markus Products. To design and supply a training programme for supervisors to help then adjust to their new responsibilities in this rapidly growing food manufacturing business.

IIP UK. To pilot and help design the new Work-life Balance Standard.
