E-DAY WORKSHOP
“Your Personal Best” is a half-day workshop that will help you explore your potential and help you juggle a range of commitments and responsibilities in both your career and your personal life. This workshop is designed for people keen to maximise their potential and is particularly relevant to those contemplating a change, aiming to improve themselves, or at a personal crossroads.
This workshop will bring you together with likeminded people and allow you the time to discuss the issues that are important to you!
It will allow you to explore the three different aspects of your role.
PROFESSIONAL ROLE
The special skills that you have that make you good at your job
SUPPORT ROLE
The help and encouragement that you give as a manager, receive as an employee and that you need in order to build on your improvement targets.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ROLE
This is the important role that most of us overlook, because we’re too busy getting on with the job. We should know what are our strengths and weaknesses; where we are going professionally; what we are actually like as a manager and as an employee, BUT, do we?
