Leadership has an important part to play in developing the strategies of change, in communicating and inspiring others and in fostering excellence.

The leadership function is a complex operation It demands teamwork and necessitates empowering others with responsibilities.

To achieve productive results requires managers and directors to demonstrate a range of leadership skills, get the most out of their staff and develop the team to meeting changing circumstances.
